• Customers may request rescheduling of services within the allowed timeframe (subject to availability and service category).
   
• Failure to use the service within the scheduled time will result in the booking being marked as completed, with no refund eligibility.
   

• In rare cases where Viboo is unable to provide the booked service due to operational reasons, the amount may be adjusted against a future booking or credited as Viboo service credits (at the company’s discretion).
   
• No cash refunds will be issued.
